Once your order is shipped, we always send you an e-mail with a link to track your package. If you haven't received it, please check your SPAM folder.
You can track the status of your order and get your parcel's tracking number by logging into your account :
1- Go to "Order History"
2- Click on "details" (do not click on the green arrow which means "order again")
4- For mondial home and happy post you will find the track your package at the bottom of the page.
5. For all other carriers you have a tracking link under the table with the list of products ordered.
In case of delay :
It happens that a package makes a little more time to arrive than the expected date.
In case of more seven days delay we invite you to inform us of any delay in delivery of more than seven days after the expected date to start an investigation with the carrier. The enquiry period may vary from one to three weeks, depending on the carrier.
